The civil Forum requires of the State to make public the convention signed with Sudatel

 In a declaration, made public and relating to the publication of l' Index of corruption of the exporting countries (ICPE), the civil Forum (FC) required of l' Senegalese state to publish the convention of sale of the third licence of Gsm in the mobile telephony passed with Sudatel. Indeed, since more d' one year that the third licence of mobile telephony was yielded to Sudatel, the Senegaleses are unaware of still all the contents of the sale contract signed between l' Senegalese state and the Sudanese company.
