At the end of two days of discussions on the impact of the Internet on politics and administration, André Santini has turned the "Trophies of e-Democracy 2008" at its closing session on 17 October . The Nord-Pas de Calais has been distinguished.
The 2008 World Forum on e-democracy and e-government was held in Issy-les-Moulineaux on Thursday 16 and Friday 17 October 2008.
This year the theme was "Europe and the challenges of e-Government 2.0."
The discussions have focused on the European agenda, because of the French presidency of the EU and Franco-German due to the years of Franco-German ICT.
