The Agency of regulation of telecommunications and stations (ARTP) placed the sum of 6 billion Francs CFA in the insurance company, AMSA. The funds in question come from the contributions poured by the telecommunications operators and are intended to feed the Development funds of the universal service of telecommunications (FDSUT).
